Description
- A popular ESP model, with absolutely professional features.
- This is a very special instrument, previously owned by Zoltan Farkas, the lead singer and guitarist of the famous groove metal band Ektomorf! This guitar was used by Zoli for a long time live and in studio. The guitar was personally signed by Zoli Farkas for us.
- Finish: Black Satin, with black hardware.
- Body: Mahogany, with a nicely carved maple top.
- Special version « Full Thickness » with a 55mm thick body – exactly like a Les Paul Custom – for an even fatter tone!
- Neck: Mahogany. Set neck construction. This enables a very good sustain, an easy access to the upper frets, and of course a full, « fat » tone.
- Scale: 24.75″ (like Gibson Les Paul, SG, Explorer etc., i.e. a 2 cm shorter scale than for instance a Stratocaster, resulting in better playability even with thicker string gauges).
- Fretboard: Ebony, with ESP Custom Flag inlays, and custom binding overall: Body (front and back), neck and headstock.
- Frets: 22, XJ.
- Nut: Bone, 42 mm (Standard).
- Headstock: ESP Eclipse-Style – matching the body color.
- Tuners: Orig. Gotoh.
- Bridge: Non-tremolo, Gotoh Tune-o-matic with stoptail – lots of sustain and helps to stay in tune, as well.
- Pickups: EMG 81X/60X active humbuckers – this combination is very versatile, provides lots of gain for aggressive sounds, fits well for downtuning and is absolutely quiet, due to its active design.
- Electronics: 2x volume, 2x tone, 3-way toggle switch.
- Absolutely outstanding quality of selected woods, craftsmanship, handling and sound!
- The guitar comes in a high-quality original ESP Eclipse I CTM FT Series formfit hardcase with ESP logo.
